Hi, my name is Susan Turner. I am a Marriage Commissioner offering my services to officiate your wedding. In an age where couples are planning weddings that are unique to their beliefs and lifestyles, I work with you to create your perfect wedding ceremony

I am a Virginian and I have lived here almost my entire life. I married a Smithfield native and our 44th wedding anniversary will be celebrated this year. I love the beaches and have officiated weddings on most of our shores- Virginia Beach - Ocean View - Buckroe Beach -the York and James Rivers - the Pagan River - Lake Prince - many other local lakes - and the ocean all the way from Sandbridge to Fort Story.

My weddings range in size from just the three of us at the local courthouse to hundreds of guests and many attendants in one of our many local grand hotel ballrooms,historical mansions, and many other wonderful venues. Virginia IS for lovers....and lovers planning their dream wedding.

Your wedding day is a celebration of your love and deep friendship, and I do everything possible to ensure your personal wishes are respected, honored, and celebrated in your ceremony. My passion is the creation of your wedding ceremony; a ceremony that reflects your uniqueness and your love for each other.  I have files created with many ideas for you to choose from or you may input your own. I then perform your ceremony with beauty and real passion.
